Grief Guide Consulting Office in Old Town San Diego, California
Wednesday Evenings From 6:30 - 8:00 PM PST, Six Weeks, Beginning September 20, 2023

Wendy Kessler, Grief Specialist of Grief Guide Consulting, and Chetta Levell, Pet Therapy Coordinator,
are launching a 6-Week Pet Loss Support Group that will begin meeting in person at Wendy's office
in Old Town San Diego, California, on Wednesday evenings from 6:30 - 8:00 PM PST, beginning
September 20, 2023.
This group is limited to 8 participants and pre-registration is required. The cost
is $50 per session, $300 if paid in advance.
For many people, pets are a family member as well as
the loved one we go to for comfort, and so their death can be devastating.
Furthermore, grieving
the loss of a beloved pet can be complicated by a lack of support because pet loss isn’t always
acknowledged or validated by our network of family and friends.
If you are grieving the death
of your pet and longing for more support from people who understand, this group may be the
space you need to process your grief.
If you are interested in attending, click on the link in the

Michelle Ann Collins - Book Release Party
Thursday, January 26th, 2023, at noon PST via Zoom
If you have lost a spouse or partner or are supporting someone who has lost a spouse or partner
to suicide, then you will want to grab copies of the new books by Michelle Ann Collins on the topic. Her books "Surviving Spouse or Partner Suicide: A Mindful Guide for Your Journey Through Grief" and "Supporting a Survivor of Spouse or Partner Suicide: A Mindful Guide for Co-Journeying Through Grief," will be available for purchase on Amazon starting on January 26, 2023. She has included her story and the tools and studies she used to move through her healing journey, including mindfulness, meditation, and yoga. Since the death of Michelle's husband by suicide in April 2016, she has found a lot of meaning through writing. She took a long and winding road
getting to the meaning, including learning about grief, loss, and trauma and becoming a certified Grief Educator. Transforming her journey into service, she has written two books to help others navigate the difficult journey of losing a spouse or partner to suicide or supporting someone while they grieve such a loss. The books are meant to help those suffering from this loss and their supporters navigate this incredibly difficult healing journey. If you or someone you love has experienced spouse loss or partner loss to suicide, you will find comfort and support on your healing journey through these books. Please reach out to Michelle if you are a survivor of spouse/partner suicide loss or are supporting one. Please help her celebrate this accomplishment by attending the release party on Thursday, January 26th, 2023, at noon PST via Zoom:
Meeting ID: 9092923330
Passcode: StorySaves
