Good Grief Boise Life After Loss Workshop
Sunday, April 28, 2024, from 1:00 - 3:00 PM MT 1512 N. 10th Street, Boise, Idaho You are invited to join Good Grief for a workshop on Sunday, April 28, 2024, from 1:00 - 3:00 PM MT at True North Yoga, near Hyde Park. Have you found yourself in a place of wondering, "What's Next?" after losing a loved one, the ending of a relationship or another significant loss? Whether you've experienced a loss recently or if it's been some time, reminders of this loss continually show up throughout our lives. The intention of the facilitators, is to create a safe comfortable space to heal and discuss practical ways to navigate the various types of grief and the waves of emotions, as they arise. Allow yourself to reclaim your peace and move forward on your journey with ease. Participants may also bring a guest for additional support with registration. Wednesday, March 13, 2024, from 7:15-8:30 PM True North Yoga, 1512 N. 10th Street, Boise, Idaho Please join Good Grief Boise at True North Yoga on March 13, 2024, from 7:15-8:30 PM for their in-person group gathering SPOTLIGHT SPEAKER edition, featuring Jesse Jarvis! This will be a peer led discussion on relevant topics related to grief, loss and how to find peace in the healing journey. The group will meet in the downstairs studio. All are welcome & there’s no cost to attend. Jesse Jarvis is a positive and mindful yogi who brings a playful and calming energy to her classes online and in-person. She fulfilled a long term dream studying and earning her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Certification in Rishikesh, India. Most recently, she completed her Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training and in 2022 completed her 500-hour Certification with a focus on Ayurveda. She has over 1000+ hours of training and teaching and has a passion to introduce the healing benefits of yoga in an accessible and approachable manner. Jesse loves the sunshine, being outdoors gardening, hiking, climbing, and swimming in any body of water available. She currently lives in Boise, Idaho. Learn how to connect deeper to the spiritual realm and give yourself permission to lean into your own intuition, and explore various healing modalities that can be helpful following the loss of someone you love. These modalities will include a group reiki meditation session, tarot & oracle cards, intuitive impressions, and a discussion on how to utilize these techniques in your daily life. Good Grief group facilitators Amanda and Angelina have created this special community offering from their own life experiences in grief and loss after losing a dear friend. This workshop is being held at Insight Yoga downtown Boise. Insight Yoga is located at 1317 West State Street, Boise, Idaho (across the street from Fancy Freeze). The fee for this workshop is $35.
