Healing After Suicide Summit: Finding Hope After Losing Someone to Suicide
July 11th through the 24th at 8:00 AM MTN / 7:00 AM PST
Save-the-dates: July 11th - 24th, because my friend Crystal Partney is hosting the Healing After Suicide Summit!
Crystal is going to offer:
* What you can do today to begin healing
* Guides who’s been in your shoes
* Someone to walk alongside you throughout your journey toward healing

Here's what you can expect in your inbox each day throughout the summit:
* Learn how to begin the healing process
* Know that you are not alone in your healing path
* Find tools and resources that will help you begin healing today
My guess is that it would be worth your while to block out time to listen to the speaker sessions
for this summit. Don’t worry, each session is only about 20 minutes long.
I know I won't miss it.  I’ll see you there!

Let Go Of Your Guilt After Suicide Loss FREE 5 Day Support Series
Starting Monday, June 20, host Caro Brookings will be diving into her 3-part framework, where she combine
all of her knowledge and experience, which she has used to support hundreds of other suicide loss survivors
to release their guilt and find joy again.
This isn’t a typical support series, where you just get some fluff
and information about what might work. Everything she shares with you is proven to work through scientific research and even brain scans.
Remember that time doesn’t heal all wounds. If you stay with her for the
entire 5 days, you WILL take action as we go along, and you will walk away with your own personalized
plan of what you can do to find peace beyond our 5 days together. You will discover the
#1 reason you
haven’t found inner peace. You will learn Caro's exact steps that helped her to let go of her guilt after
losing her Mum to suicide, and h
ow to live a joyful life and not just survive.

Coping After Suicide's Virtual Summer Grief Camp
Coping After Suicide's Virtual Summer Grief Camp
Coping After Suicide's Virtual Summer Grief "Camp" is for kids ages 6-12 who've lost a parent, sibling, or other loved one to suicide. It's not a therapy group - it's a professionally facilitated, activity-based peer support group that meets on Zoom. “Camp” will be facilitated by Joan Hoff, former longtime program director for the Dougy National Center for Grieving Children and Families, who’s been facilitating grief support groups for kids for 30 years.
Joan will lead the kids in activities and discussions to help them:
- explore their thoughts and feelings around the suicide of their person
- learn ways to manage their grief reactions
- connect with other kids who are going through a similar experience
Kids can participate independently (they just ask that a trusted adult be nearby in case of technical or
emotional challenges). There are two sessions, and each session consists of four 60-minute Zoom meetings.
The two sessions will cover different topics, so kids can register for either or both:

June Session: Your Grief Journey: June 27, 28, 29, and 30 from 2-3 pm Eastern
July Session: Your Emotional Ride: July 25, 26, 27, and 28 from 2-3 pm Eastern
The registration fee is $150 per child/per session. (Not an affiliate)
Spaces will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis.

Bend Not Break: Suicide Prevention Concert
Rescheduled to May 13, 2022 at Maverik Center in a West Valley City, Utah
Concert starts at 7:00 PM. Doors Open at 6:00 PM.

America's Got Talent Alumni Alex Boyé, known for his dynamic African-infused music that has gained over 1 billion views on YouTube is using his voice to shine a light on mental health and suicide prevention. Join Alex and friends on May 7th. at Maverik Center for Utah’s first ever Utah Suicide Prevention Concert. Utah has the 6th highest suicide rate in the U.S. On average, someone dies by suicide every 13 hours in the state of Utah. We can’t be silent anymore when it comes to mental health simply because it might be uncomfortable. These concerts to help build connection with mental health experts, provide support and healing in our community. This will be an unforgettable night that
will feed your soul in ways you didn’t think you needed. This is not just a concert. It will be an experience.
