Let Go Of Your Guilt After Suicide Loss FREE 5 Day Support Series
Starting Monday, June 20, host Caro Brookings will be diving into her 3-part framework, where she combine all of her knowledge and experience, which she has used to support hundreds of other suicide loss survivors to release their guilt and find joy again. This isn’t a typical support series, where you just get some fluff and information about what might work. Everything she shares with you is proven to work through scientific research and even brain scans. Remember that time doesn’t heal all wounds. If you stay with her for the entire 5 days, you WILL take action as we go along, and you will walk away with your own personalized plan of what you can do to find peace beyond our 5 days together. You will discover the #1 reason you haven’t found inner peace. You will learn Caro's exact steps that helped her to let go of her guilt after losing her Mum to suicide, and how to live a joyful life and not just survive. Coping After Suicide's Virtual Summer Grief "Camp" is for kids ages 6-12 who've lost a parent, sibling, or other loved one to suicide. It's not a therapy group - it's a professionally facilitated, activity-based peer support group that meets on Zoom. “Camp” will be facilitated by Joan Hoff, former longtime program director for the Dougy National Center for Grieving Children and Families, who’s been facilitating grief support groups for kids for 30 years. Joan will lead the kids in activities and discussions to help them: - explore their thoughts and feelings around the suicide of their person - learn ways to manage their grief reactions - connect with other kids who are going through a similar experience Kids can participate independently (they just ask that a trusted adult be nearby in case of technical or emotional challenges). There are two sessions, and each session consists of four 60-minute Zoom meetings. The two sessions will cover different topics, so kids can register for either or both: June Session: Your Grief Journey: June 27, 28, 29, and 30 from 2-3 pm Eastern July Session: Your Emotional Ride: July 25, 26, 27, and 28 from 2-3 pm Eastern The registration fee is $150 per child/per session.
