This free webinar offers a compassionate space for individuals navigating the unique challenges of loss during the holiday season. Participants will gain valuable insights into the grieving process and learn practical tools to foster resilience. The event provides an opportunity to connect with others who are experiencing similar emotions, creating a supportive community for healing and growth. The discussion will focus on setting boundaries and developing coping strategies for the holidays, while also offering comfort in knowing that you are not alone in feeling apprehensive during this time.
