The group will meet via Zoom for 4 consecutive Tuesdays, starting on May 30, 2023, at 8:00 PM ET / 5:00 PMPT and complete on June 20, 2023. The folks at Grief Refuge invite you to join a new four-week-long online grief support group that focuses on easing isolation in grief and helping to connect with others to feel more understood. As a participant in the group, you will: get needed support to help cope with loss and manage your grief, feel soothed and comforted to help ease the sense of loneliness and isolation, learn practical ways to handle feelings of hopelessness and despair, gain a framework and understanding for how to understand and navigate your grief journey.
