Know the 5 Signs provides education on recognizing when someone is in emotional distress and how to reach out to help and connect them to resources. It also covers information about stigma, understanding mental health conditions, statistics, self-care techniques, etc. Join Erin Pfaeffle, LMSW of St. Luke's Wood River Valley for this potentially life-saving presentation for adults 18+ on April 8, 2020 from 4:30-5:30 pm in Multipurpose Room A at Nampa Public Library.
