Grief Kind Classes with Sue Ryder
In this series of five short video tutorials, the bereavement experts at Sue Ryder talk you through what grief is like and how you can support others who are grieving. The videos have been produced as part of their Grief Kind campaign. In this first Grief Kind Class, Sue Ryder's bereavement experts answer a range of questions to help you get a basic understanding of grief. Class two provides advice on what to say – and what not to say – to someone
who has been bereaved and is grieving. Watch class three for advice on what to do to support someone you care about who has been bereaved and is grieving, what works for one person might not for another. bereavement experts answer a range of questions to help you with answering this common question. Themes they look at include: How can you live with grief, and how can you help someone else to live with grief? Class five discusses how it is important for you to also look after yourself, as well as others, when you are in this supportive role. Watch the series on the Sue Ryder YouTube page or at:
