This is for ages 18 and older. The Be Well Nampa project is funded by the National Network of Libraries of Medicine (NNLM) through the NNLM All of Us Community Engagement Award. My Grief Connection will have a booth at Nampa Public Library's Destination Wellness 2020 Health Fair. it is a FREE community event on Saturday, February 1, 2020 from 10:00 am - 2:00 pm at the library. Come take advantage of FREE vital signs health screenings, dental screening and fluoride treatments, STI screenings, hearing checks and more. There will be fun, interactive demonstrations on multiple topics, including healthy cooking, yoga, core strength and stabilization, ACT muscle testing and Fit & Fall Proof senior exercise classes. There will be exciting activities for all ages including: a bean bag toss, spin art table, "smoothi-cycle," doctor dress-up area, and coloring sheets as well as ongoing health and wellness activities for kids in the Tween Zone from 10-2 pm and a Let's Move Together Storytime at 12:00 pm for ages 3-6 in the Storytime Area.
