This past couple of years have been laden with, trauma, loss, and grief. So many hearts are heavy and hurting
as 2022 is beginning. As hard as 2021 has been it may
be difficult for many who have lost a loved one to be excited for the calendar to change and to have to face a new year without the person(s) they miss so deeply.
The transition to a new year can be so hard when you
are grieving. It can be a harsh reminder that your loved one(s) won't see another year and it may feel like you
are leaving them and/or their memory behind. These
may be very difficult feelings to carry, and it's okay
if you are struggling to process it all. Please be kind
and compassionate with yourself and with those you
know who are grieving. Wishing tender mercies and the
courage to keep moving forward to all who need
encouragement in the coming year. ❤️
