Know the 5 Signs
April 8, 2020 from 4:30 - 5:30pm
Nampa Public Library, 215 12th Ave. South, Nampa, Idaho 83651
Know the 5 Signs is a 45-minute presentation designed to build the
community’s understanding of the many ways that suicide impacts our
friends, families, clients, co-workers, and neighbors. Know the 5 Signs provides
education on recognizing when someone is in emotional distress and how
to reach out to help and connect them to resources. It also covers
information about stigma, understanding mental health conditions,
statistics, self-care techniques, etc.
Join Erin Pfaeffle, LMSW of St. Luke's Wood River Valley for this potentially
life-saving presentation for adults 18+ on April 8, 2020 from 4:30-5:30 pm
in Multipurpose Room A at Nampa Public Library. There will be crafts,
games coloring and other fun activities for kids in Multipurpose Room B
at the same time so parents can attend while their kids are in the room next door.
